OBJECTIFS DE LA FORMATION :
- Étudier et et comprendre le fonctionnement des composantes de notre corps
- Connaître les troubles et les douleurs liés à son propre secteur d’activité
- Comprendre les bienfaits du réveil musculaire au quotidien
- Découvrir, comprendre et pratiquer les différents gestes qui permettent un réveil musculaire adapté à ses conditions de travail
- Améliorer les conditions et la qualité de vie du travail
- Adopter une bonne hygiène de vie
PROGRAMME DE LA FORMATION 1/2 JOURNEE :
- Introduction sur les troubles musculo-squelettiques (TMS) et état des lieux des pathologies en France ;
- Notions d’anatomie et biomécanique ;
- Facteurs de risque et pathologies du travail ;
- Démonstrations et explications détaillées du réveil musculaire correspondant à chaque muscle en lien avec les pathologies de votre secteur d’activité
- Pratique collective d’une routine quotidienne type du réveil musculaire
- Évocation des facteurs ajoutés à l’hygiène de vie
METHODES ET MOYENS PEDAGOGIQUES :
- Interaction permanente entre les participants et le formateur ;
- Mise en situation des participants (Situations à Résolution de Problèmes) ;
- Pédagogie par l’action : le formateur utilise son expérience d’ostéopathe, à la fois spécialiste en biomécanique du rachis, et choisi pour sa spécialisation dans le milieu sportif, pour entrainer les participants au réveil musculaire et leur donner des conseils adaptés à leur activité.
VALIDATION :
Remise d’une attestation individuelle de formation (Formation – Réveil musculaire)
DOCUMENTATION :
Remise d’une brochure spécifique réveil musculaire
QUALIFICATION DU FORMATEUR :
Praticien Ostéopathe diplômé ;
Formateur spécialisé dans le milieu sportif
RECYCLAGE CONSEILLÉ :
Tous les 2 ans – 4h.
